Metallic Model
Slip-fit construction for easy, on-site maintenance
Inner magnet straddle-mounted between dual SiC bearings reduces
shaft loads compared
to competitors' over-hung designs
Optional patent-pending SiC-X bearings provide extended
dry-running operation capability on
smaller models without damage
Sub-ANSI models allow operation closer to BEP for low flow
applications with reduced initial
price and operating costs
Rare earth Neodymium or Samarium Cobalt (for high-temperature
services) magnets
Close coupled Sub-ANSI models easily retrofit ANSI long coupled pumps

Nonmetallic Model
Proprietary,
seamless inner magnet construction on PFA models minimizes
swelling common to competitors' ETFE models
Transfer compression molded PFA provides thicker, smoother
and more uniform lining than competitor's roto-molded
ETFE which maximizes Magnatex's chemical
and abrasion resistance
Unique dovetail design ensures PFA lining stability during
pressure/temperature fluctuations
Slip-fit, fixed shaft construction for easy, on-site maintenance
Non-metallic rear casing eliminates pump hysteresis losses
and increases pump efficiency
Smaller ME Series with replaceable liner and light, compact
rotor supported by a single bearing in C-PTFE
or SiC is easily maintained and
extremely cost effective
